Can AI truly impress in the kitchen? Some say yes. We're not so sure. So, we’re putting it to the test...again!
For this special evening, Chef Celina asked AI to create a five-course tasting menu. She will interpret its descriptions and bring them to life on the plate the way she chooses.
Meanwhile, Chef Steven and our culinary team will prepare the same menu using the exact recipes the AI provides, with one exception: they are allowed to override any instructions that would compromise food safety (you’re welcome).
Grab a friend or your partner because here’s the twist: when you sit down, you and your guest will each be served one version of the dish. We won’t tell you whose is whose. You’ll just have to taste and decide: human intuition that has practical taste and memories to draw from, or machine logic that has an endless supply of online posted menus? We want you to decide!
$120/person not including taxes and gratuity
$40 optional beverage pairings
