Chef Celina’s roots are in classic French from when she was honing her skills at the Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia, refining them at Cítricos at the Grand Floridian at Walt Disney World, showing them off when she competed on Next Iron Chef to dazzling Hubert Keller with her duck dish at Hawaii Food and Wine Festival (he said it was his favorite out of 20 dishes!)

$120 per person. Because space is limited, we now require a $25 per person deposit for all special event reservations. A deposit link will be emailed to you after you book your spot. As always, the space will be open at 6:30PM where John will be showing off his cocktails and we will get going as a group at 7PM.
