We’ll be serving tasting pours of everything, both neat and in cocktails, so you can see they’re just like me - "fiercely independent & plays well with others."
This event is FREE (unless you decide to take home a bottle, some of our house-made cocktail syrups, or stay for dinner), but it is RSVP-only. The inspiration? Another guest request! I’ll be cooking the five dishes I created on Iron Chef America: Battle Plum. You’ll watch the episode while tasting each course. And while Michael Symon’s dishes won’t be in the room, you’ll finally get to be the judge of mine.

Every Wednesday, we switch things up with a new theme night. Wolf Den’s mid-century vibe means we’re wine- and classic cocktail–focused, with small bites to match—plus a featured TV Dinner each night so you can stay focused on your game or book club chat.
